This policy covers this website, entropy1.com, and the waitlist. It doesn’t cover the Entropy1 platform used by businesses, which has its own terms.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your name, email, business name and type, number of locations, city, current POS, interests and, if you choose, a phone number.
- Technical details: to stop spam and abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile and process your IP address. We keep only a one-way hash of it for rate limiting, plus your approximate country and browser user agent.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites.
How we use it
- To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access.
- To send product updates by email, only if you tick the consent box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which businesses and features to prioritise.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site (Cloudflare) and send our email.
Phone numbers
If you give us a phone number, we’ll only use it to contact you about the waitlist. We won’t add you to marketing texts without separate consent.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@entropy1.com.
